A new career in video games

Sega Europe expands its central marketing team with two new vacancies.

The video games giant is recruiting a marketing manager and a senior brand manager in its West London offices.

Both roles require bold, dynamic and fresh thinking marketers from within the video games and wider entertainment industries such as film, DVD and kids toys.

The marketing manager will play a key strategic role in the management of the flagship kids and licensed games. These include the Sonic series, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, film licences and other key Sega IP’s.

The successful candidate will manage a team of experienced marketers and must be prepared to travel to Japan and North America to deliver dynamic marketing campaigns for future franchises on a global scale.

The senior brand manager is needed to lead the global marketing strategy for titles from PlatinumGames, including Madworld and Bayonetta and a yet to be announced game from Shinji Mikami among other key titles from the firm’s Japan studios.

The position requires a motivated and driven and will work with Sega’s American and Japanese offices on a daily basis. Travel will be required throughout the year.
