The Entertainer has outlined its plan to takeover a major unit at Torquay’s Union Square.

Negotiations for the company – one of the UK’s fastest growing multi-channel toy retailers – to take over the site’s former JJB Sport unit, are currently underway with the shopping centre.

The Entertainer has scheduled the opening of the new store for July 2015 and is currently advertising positions with the store via its website.

Founded by Gary Grant in 1981, The Entertainer now boasts over 100 stores internationally with plans to build its portfolio of stores throughout the year.
