This Saturday (November 17th) visitors to Smyths’ Charlton store can attempt to break three Guinness World Records.

An official adjudicator will be on hand to see if anyone can set the records for:

  • Fastest time to assemble Mr Potato Head
  • Fastest time to add ten additional levels to a Jenga tower
  • Tallest structure to be built with interlocking plastic bricks in one minute

There will be a host of prizes on offer on the day, including the latest edition of the Guinness World Records book and certificates for anyone who manages to break the record.

Smyths’ spokesman Rob Guckian said: “We’re delighted to be able to offer our customers the opportunity to become involved with an event as exciting as Guinness World Records. We would like to invite everyone down to our Charlton store on Saturday for what’s sure to be a fantastic day for all.”

Smyths’ Charlton store is located at Peninsular Retail Park, Bugsby Way, London, Charlton. Event takes place between 2.00pm and 4.00pm.
