Sambro is to distribute the Arcade 1Up Home System line of arcade machines, introducing five new SKUs in 2018 which will be available from September.

Arcade1Up combines toys and gaming to create an at-home arcade game experience that’s also affordable. The cabinet sized arcades are a compact version of the real thing.

Sized at 58.5cm x 48.5cm x 122cm, the arcade machine is sized for any bedroom or man cave. It’s easily assembled and includes original featured game cabinet art as well as a 17” Color L.C.D. screen with joystick and buttons.

"This distribution deal is hugely exciting for Sambro and will see us launch Arcade1Up both in the UK and across Europe. Retro gaming has a huge following and the at-home arcade games will allow us to tap into generations of fans as well as appealing to gamers of all ages," said Jeremy Clynes, trading director at Sambro.

"The quality and breadth of the Arcade1Up line we will be introducing throughout 2018 is simply phenomenal. The price point of this range will enable fans of all ages to own their very own arcade game."

Scott Bacharach, from Tastermakers, who manufacture Arcade 1UP added: "It’s fantastic to have SAMBRO on board as our official distributor. Their dynamic approach will help bring Arcade1Up into homes, flats and offices throughout the UK and Europe.”. We know that retro gaming has a huge following across all ages in the UK and therefore Arcade1Up will have universal appeal.
