Children and shoppers were greeted by Power Rangers at their local toy store and given the opportunity to have signed posters from the Power Rangers, photos with the characters and to learn some Power Ranger moves.

Power Rangers visited Entertainer stores in Kingston, Westfield, Milton Keynes, Birmingham Bullring, Liverpool and Manchester throughout August and September.

In store activity for children was also supported by Bandai who provided new Power Rangers Samurai toys as competition prizes.

The activity was promoted with regional PR and supported with in-store and online marketing from The Entertainer.

A spokesperson from The Entertainer said: "We were delighted with the character costume activity, the Power Rangers greeting everyone who came into the store proved a real boost in the summer holidays with our Liverpool store even selling out of some Power Rangers lines."

Amber Sheppo, director of international marketing and licensing at Saban added: "We are really excited about bringing Power Rangers Samurai to the UK and it is great to see people interacting with the brand.

"The response from children to the Power Rangers was fantastic with so many kids and adults alike clamouring to get a glimpse of their TV heroes."
