Like Pattni's Match Stars figures, Rocky will have a movable head, shoulders, arms, waist, legs, knees and ankles.

Alex Carter-Jones of Forbidden Planet said: "As soon as we heard about this new figure we knew we had to stock it.

"Rocky Balboa is a hugely popular character and this figure will be an absolute must-have for fans of the movies, so we expect to be inundated with Rocky enthusiasts when the product reaches our stores."

Pattni Imaginations' MD Mayur Pattni said: “Having the figures listed at such a prestigious retailer as Forbidden Planet is fantastic news.

"We are already attracting huge amounts of interest in the product and now we can tell fans exactly where to go to get their hands on Rocky."
