Orchard Toys reveals line-up of new products

British games and puzzles manufacturer Orchard Toys has revealed its new product line-up.

Pigs in Pants is matching game which sees children pair up underwear-free pigs with colourful pants.

The game promotes skills like matching and colour recongnition, strategic thinking, observation, social communication and turn taking.

Pigs in Pants is aimed at children aged four and up, is suitable for two to four players and has a SRP of £7.50.

Counting Caterpillars is a colour and number matching game designed to help children aged three and up develop their number recognition, number sequencing early counting and memory skills.

Players will have to collect all the numbers in their bright caterpillar to win and the game links with Early Learning Goals and National Curriculum Maths Key Stage 1.

Counting Caterpillars has an SRP of £9.50.

Finally, Who's in Space is a 25 piece puzzle depicting a scene from space. The game comes with a free activity guide featuring information on the planets, astronauts and space travel.

For children aged three and up, Who's in Space develops hand-eye co-ordination and encourages knowledge about space and the galaxy and has an SRP of £7.50.

Orchard Toys specialises in traditional board based educational learning toys for children aged 18 months to 12 years, each designed with the ethos of ‘learning made fun’. 

The games have each been designed with support from educational advisors including teachers, nursery practitioners, Early Years professionals and children themselves and all Orchard Toys games, puzzles and packaging are made using 100% recycled board and paper sourced from sustainable forests.
