The Entertainer has been honoured at this year's National Payroll Giving Excellence Awards, picking up a brace of gongs.

The independent toy retailer walked away with Best Launch of a New Scheme, while boss Gary Grant won the award for Best Individual Contribution.

The event was held at the HM Treasury on October 31st, with the awards presented by Nick Hurd, Minister for Civil Society and Sajid Javid, Economic Secretary to the Treasury.

Payroll Giving has reached £118 million, its highest level ever and nearly three quarters of a million employees use it to donate money to charity. The nine awards recognise both individuals and suppliers that have contributed significantly to Payroll Giving promotions throughout the past year, as well as celebrating excellence and outstanding achievements by employers.
