Linkee heads into Lakeland in time for Christmas

Crowd-sourced family trivia game is available in all 64 branches and featured in the 'Christmas ideas' catalogue.

Trivia game Linkee is continuing its push into retail - with all 64 branches of Lakeland stocking the game, while it will also be featured in its 'Christmas ideas' catalogue being distributed to customers next month.

The news comes hot on the heels of the firm's appearance on Dragons' Den, where the founders turned down an offer of £50,000 for a 40 per cent share in the company by Duncan Bannatyne.

"Since filming Dragons' Den earlier this year, we have pulled out all the stops to get Linkee in front of as many retailers, large and small, a possible," said Linkee's Dean Tempest. "And our hard work is paying off - Lakeland joins John Lewis, Hamleys, Beales and as a major stockist of Linkee and our list of independent toy and game retailers is growing steadily, too.

"We're chuffed to bits that Lakeland loves Linkee as much as we do and we look forward to seeing it fly off their shelves in the run up to Christmas."
