For next year's Harrogate International Nursery Fair, the show is retaining the 2015 exhibitor rate for confirmed bookings received for the same stand positions before July 1st.

After this date stand rates will increase by five percent.

“Venue hire and show costs continue to increase, however we have decided to reward early-bird bookings by honouring the 2015 rate for the first time this year," said Adrian Sneyd, show organiser.

"Providing we receive the 25 per cent deposit payment in full by the end of July 2015, we will honour the 2015 rates.

"By not only securing your stand position early to guarantee location, avoiding the potential five percent increase will certainly make this a worthwhile saving and shows our commitment to maintain exhibition costs for 2016.”

Any new exhibitor or those returning and wanting to request to move next year can also secure the early bird rates and will be given first priority to relocate providing they return their booking form stating the stand size required and pay the deposit appropriate to this size by the end of July.
