Toymaster’s Roger Dyson and Ian Edmunds presented the award to Flair’s sales director, Nicola Bergot, at this week's show.

The Toymaster group has only given this award twice in the past ten years.

Peter Brown, MD of Flair (pictured) commented: "We would like to thank Roger, Ian, the central office team and of course, the members of the Toymaster group for this award.

"The fact that it is rarely presented means a great deal and is a true reflection of the very high levels of service that the company tries to deliver to independent specialist toy retailers.

"Delivering high standards is a real challenge and I am really proud that everyone's hard work and effort has been recognised and rewarded."

This is the second supplier award received by Flair this year - the company was also named as the Toy Industry's Supplier of the Year at London Toy Fair in January.
