Batman beats Superman in battle for eBay dominance

In the last three months, more than 200,000 Batman related items have sold on the site.

With Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice now in cinemas, eBay.co.uk has revealed that two pieces of Batman merchandise are being sold every minute on the site.

In the last three months, more than 200,000 Batman related items have sold on the site, with listings spanning limited edition figurine collections going for £4,000 to DVDs starting at 99p.

Superman is second in eBay's superhero rankings, selling 74,000 products in the last three months.

In third place is the Hulk, selling more than 50,000 items in the same time period.
