A new board game based on Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead graphic novels has hit Kickstarter.

The Walking Dead: The Prison is sequel to Z-Man Games' The Walking Dead: The Board Game and this new game features artwork from Charlie Adlard and is licensed by Skybound Entertainment.

The game is based on events seen in issues 13 to 24, where the group discover, and fight for control of, the prison.

Up to five players take on the role of one of the six leaders of the group, Rick, Tyreese, Glenn, Dale, Andrea, and Michonne.

Players must earn enough Leadership Points to take control of the entire group of survivors.
