Little Tikes has partnered with child development and play expert, Dr. Amanda Gummer as the firm celebrates its new pre-school line, Lil’ Ocean Explorers.
Working as part of the full-scale launch activities, Dr. Gummer – founder of The Good Toy Guide – will play a key role in a consumer launch at Maggie & Rose in Kensington.
Here, Gummer will explain the concept behind the new Lil’ Ocean Explorers range, demonstrating the way in which each product supports the baby to toddler milestones including siting, crawling and standing.
In addition, she will take part in a live Facebook chat on the Little Tikes’ Facebook page, plus a live Twitter chat with leading parenting website Loved By Parents.
The initial PR activity will support the wider launch that will feature a major TV advertising campaign this October and a new Lil’ Ocean Explorers landing page on the Little Tikes website.

The Lil’ Ocean Explorers range feature a line of eight products ranging in price from £8.99 to £79.99, including the 3-in-1 Adventure Course, Catch Me Crabbie, Drunk ‘n Juggle Seal, Pull’ Chatter Lobster, Stand ‘N Dance Starfish, Crawl n’ Pop Turtle, Ball Chase Octopus and the Push n’ Glow Fish.
