Asmodee has announced a new version of its hit game Ticket to Ride, which brings the excitement of New York's bustling streets to the board game scene.

The express edition of this hit format has made Ticket to Ride an enduring hit with families. Ticket to Ride: New York sees players racing around 1960s New York City in taxis, visiting landmarks and completing destination tickets to score points.

This standalone game is fast-paced, extremely portable and can be learned within three minutes, perfect for new players and veterans.

Ticket to Ride: New York is designed for two-to-four players, is suitable for ages eight and above and can be played in 10-15 minutes.

The new version of the game will be available to play on the Days of Wonder booth at this year's UK Games Expo.

The show takes place at the NEC, Birmingham from June 1st - 3rd.

The game will be available at retail in July at a price point of £19.99.
