Women in Toys (WIT) has detailed its line-up of speakers, panelists and industry experts for its annual WIT Empowerment Day event.

Held in collaboration with Walmart and The Toy Association, the event will give guests the chance to pitch their play products to Walmart buyers and toy firms, as well as being monitored by over 20 industry experts.

This year’s speakers include Anne Marie Kehoe, Walmart, Ben Dermer, Spin Master, Karen Kilpatrick, JazWings, Marian Bossard, The Toy Association, Tanya Thompson, Hasbro, Veronica Walters, Funko and more.

“We’re thrilled to welcome such an exciting roster of speakers and industry experts, and we appreciate their passion and commitment to helping our industry’s women achieve greater success,” said Deb de Sherbinin and Nancy Zwiers, co-chairs of WIT Empowerment.

“The knowledge they’ll share, and the insights, guidance and inspiration they’ll provide will have an invaluable and lasting impact in helping our members leapfrog to success.”

Various panel discussions will also be held on the day including E-commerce Best Practices and Be an Inventor Panel.

WIT Empowerment Day 2017 will be held on October 2nd, the day before Fall Toy Preview in Dallas begins.
