Kids@Play changes hands as Malcolm Evans sells firm

Industry veteran Nathaniel Southworth has bought the company, confirming that Evans will stay on as Chairman of the Board

The Board of Kids@Play has confirmed the sale of the company to industry veteran and Added Smile’s Nathaniel Southworth.

Kids@Play’s Malcolm Evans will now work full time with Southworth during 2018 to affect a comprehensive handover of the day to day running of the business.

Evans will then assume the position of Chairman of the Board.

“I am delighted to confirm the sale of my company to Nathaniel Southworth,” he said. “Nat and I have been working together for the last few months and having reached the milestone of 45 years in the industry, I am excited to handover Kids@Play to someone who can continue its development.”

Southworth, added: “Malcolm is a pleasure to deal with and I am delighted he has agreed to continue to work with us for a few more years yet.

“Kids@Play has developed a fantastic reputation which is down to Malcolm’s team and their commitment to getting things right for the customer. We have got some exciting plans for the future and we look forward to sharing these in the coming weeks.”
