Presenters Suzi Perry and Pollyanna Woodward were tasked with finding boys toys for their male counterparts, Jason Bradbury and Otis Deley.

In the special item, the girls handpicked Air Swimmers, the iKon RC iBugg, while My Keepon appeared in the show’s Christmas Gadget Gifts lineup.

Otis was particularly impressed by My Keepon (pictured), the squishy yellow toy which dances to the beat of music.

Richard North, managing director of Wow Stuff said: “It’s a great credit to all the hard work that the Wow Stuff team has invested over the last 18 months to see three of our toys featured on the show last night. The presenters don't accept payments or bribes of any kind so it was all the more fulfilling to see them choose the products of their own volition.

He added: “I love the Gadget Show and watch it with my little boy so it was a delight to see our best sellers starring on the show. As Otis commented we are near sell out so that's the true test of a hit I guess.”
