CHICKS (Country Holidays for Inner City Kids) helps children from very difficult backgrounds; many are the victims of abuse and others are care givers for disabled relatives.
During visits to CHICKS retreats, children are treated to a range of activities such as horse riding, swimming, abseiling and rock climbing, as well as trips to the beach and zoo.
14 members of the Worlds Apart team are taking the challenge, which encompasses a total of 3,407 metres climbing, over 23 miles of walking and 400 miles of driving.
Worlds Apart’s managing director, Neil Shinner, said: "Any support from within the industry would be much appreciated as we aim towards our target of raising £5,000 for this amazing charity this year."
He added: "I am truly impressed by our groups’ commitment to undertake such a tremendous challenge which I believe is testimony to the great level of camaraderie we enjoy here at Worlds Apart."
