Worlds Apart settles Go Glow dispute

Stops three firms from selling similar night light products.

Worlds Apart has resolved its legal dispute relating to the manufacture and sale of the IP infringing Grab 'n' Glow night lights.

In a statement, Worlds Apart said: "A settlement agreement has been reached in a patent dispute relating to its award-winning Go Glow product range, whereby Tech 4 Kids, Globe Dragon Technology and Spearmark International will, following a sell off period under a limited licence from Worlds Apart which expires at the end of this year."

Earlier this year Worlds Apart was granted two patents for two seperate variations of its Go Glow night light design.
