The new version of Wobble Deck will continue with its stand-on gaming board theme but can also be adapted to be a handheld toy, giving it wider appeal as a family game.

The game is aimed at a children aged five to ten, but has been designed to play with the whole family and will retail at £24.99. Wobble Deck will be launched with a TV campaign, a playable app, interactive microsite and a PR campaign.

Lucy Wynn Jones said: "Since the initial launch of Wobble Deck, we have spent a huge amount of time researching and developing how we could further the appeal. The result is a fantastic game at a brilliant price point to sit firmly in the retailers’ traditional games isles.

"The game play is unequivocally proven, and we are really excited with Wobble Deck’s updated and enhanced features that will be clearly communicated at point of sale. We are also delighted that we’ve been able to bring such a strongly featured game into the market place at an extremely competitive price point that should see retailers achieving high volume sales."

Worlds Apart is also working on other games products in time to launch at Toy Fair next year.
