The official Woolly and Tig toys will hit shelves two months earlier than usual.

Since becoming master toy licensee for the hit pre-school TV show, Golden Bear has seen huge demand for the toys from parents.

Golden Bear is ramping up development in order to launch the range - which includes soft toys of various sizes and a remote controlled Woolly spider - in May 2013.

The Woolly and Tig toys were previously scheduled to arrive in late July 2013.

Christine Nicholls, Golden Bear's Product and Marketing Director, said: "We are all very excited about the Woolly and Tig launch and we are obviously delighted with the response from the public.

"We did not, however, expect this volume of demand so soon, but rest assured we are pulling out all the stops to meet the requests of the fans."

Woolly and Tig will have a major presence at the London Toy Fair next year at Golden Bear's stand. To make an appointment, email sales@goldenbeartoys.com.
