WOMEN OF THE YEAR 2015: Tina-Louise Foster, MGA Entertainment

From Lalaloopsy to Little Tikes, the senior director of international licensing handles a raft of top brands.

Over the past 12 months, Foster has been working on expansion in the UK and EMEA for MGA's brands.

She has put in place international promotional partnerships for Lalaloopsy with Burger King and Build-A-Bear. In addition, she has been working on the expansion of Little Tikes with a DTR deal with Asda into nursery, apparel and stationery.

Prior to MGA, Foster was head of EMEA - licensing and promotions at DreamWorks Animation.
