Aardman is the latest firm to team up with VTech to supply content for its new InnoTab2 tablet.

Shows including Wallace and Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Timmy Time and Morph will be available.

Parents and children can browse the extensive videos and ebooks selection on the Learning Lodge Navigator, which displays all available content, and are able to download the videos onto their own tablets.

"VTech are delighted to be working with Aardman Animations," said Andrew Barrett, the firm's director of European product development. "InnoTab2 gives us a great opportunity to work with the nation's favourite British animation studio.

"Watching videos of much loved characters like Timmy Time on their very own tablet will be magical for children."
