CEO Paul Weston said: “We are putting all efforts into ramping up production for Christmas but even planning for air freight, we don’t think we’ll get more than 100,000 units shipped given capacity constraints in China."

All four dolls are currently selling on Ebay for up to £130 and Vivid is rushing through more new JLS product for 2011 to meet demand.

The band continues to go from strength to strength having just won two more awards in this weeks MOBO awards for 'Best Act’ and Best Album’.
