Vivid eyes further Animagic success in 2013

Over three million Go Walkies pets sold to date; three new TV lines planned for autumn.

Vivid Imaginations is throwing even more weight behind the popular AniMagic brand this year, revealing that more than three million of the Go Walkies pets have been sold to date.

This helped AniMagic to secure the number spot in Special Feature Plush (source: NPD October 2012), and now the firm is looking to grow the range further.

Vivid conducted research to find out what three to seven year old girls wanted from their interactive pets, with Holly Goes Hopping launching in the autumn, joining Fluffy, Tessie and Cassy.

"Bunny rabbits proved the most popular pet after puppies in our research," said Kerry Paternoster, senior brand manager at Vivid. "Just like a real bunny, Holly hops along on her ligh-up lead, sniffing and crunching happily.

"To keep those puppy fans excited, the adorably cuddly Night Night Puppy launches alongside Holly, with a cute glowing nose, sleeping eyes and a range of cute puppy sounds."

Three new TV items will be featured this autumn - Night Night Puppy, Holly Goes Hopping and Bonny & Babies Go Walkies.
