Spin Master has accused Crayola of knowingly, willingly and unlawfully infringing on its Liv trademark, by introducing its new Liv Crayola line this month.

Spin Master is seeking damages, attorney's fees, and a permanent injunction barring Crayola from using the trademark.

"We have worked hard to achieve the extraordinary success of our Liv dolls and accessories, and we will fight vigorously to protect our trademarks from anyone that infringes on them," said Chris Harrs, general counsel at Spin Master.
