US: Hasbro partners with Nike for Calvin Johnson Transformers shoes

Hasbro has partnered with Nike for a new range of shoes themed on Transformers and NFL player Calvin Johnson.

Detroit Lions player Johnson, whose nickname is Megatron, has a collection of shoes each boasting different Transformers-style touches.

The CJ81 Megatron Trainer Max features a Decepitcon logo on the shoelaces and back of the shoe, the Megatron Nike Air Trainer SC II features a Decepticon logo on the heel while the Nike CJ81 Megatron Elite TD Cleat completes the trio.

The range comes in a special box, arrives complete with a special Transformer figure, and is a limited to a batch of only 81, suitable as Johnson wears the number 81.
