US: Amazon, Sensible Object and Wicked Vision among 54 new Toy Association members for 2018

Amazon, Sensible Object and Wicked Vision are among the slew of 54 new members to have joined the Toy Association since the start of the year.

These organisations now join more than 950 members companies, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers and others, that drive the $27 billion US domestic toy market.

The list of new members spans big name retail platforms through to smaller manufacturers and distributors, such as the British-born outfit Sensible Object. The list of new members highlights the international reach of the TA as well as the global and US market plans of many international firms. The full list can be found at toyassociation.org.

“As the toy landscape evolves, we are continually committed to helping our members navigate today’s environment,” said Ken Ebeling, executive vice president of strategic development and member services.

“The Toy Association supports members’ businesses through a variety of initiatives including strong advocacy, business-building events and resources, and by promoting the toy industry and the value of play.”

Toy Association members include manufacturers, retailers, distributors, licensors, inventors and other businesses that bring ‘the joy of play to children.’
