TURKEY: Toyzeria opens today

The second annual Turkish trade show opens for business today and will run until Sunday October 9th.

The exhibition is held at the Istanbul Expo Center and will be three times larger than last year, held in a 12,000 m2 area.

ToyNews is exclusive media partner for the show, which last year attracted 9,320 visitors from 16 different countries and will provide a full report in the December issue.

Commenting on the event, international relations executive, Ali Emrah Guner said: “Turkey, with its population of 30 million children is a significant and promising market for toys and games.

“The Eurasian toy market attracts both domestic and international companies and Toyzeria ’08 is going to combine all factors to create a showcase for the international toy industry in Istanbul.”
