Trio of new LEGO Movie sets hit retail

Wth the DVD now available in-store, LEGO has added three new sets to its product line for The LEGO Movie.

Aimed at children aged seven to 14, the sets will allow them to recreated some of their favourite scenes from the film - helping Emmet and his friends to save the world, as well as using their imaginations to make up their own stories.

First up is Benny's Spaceship (£79.99) - open the central roof to access the computers and tools in the control room, while pushing the middle exhaust extends the wings, unleashing the hidden spring-loaded cannon which fires stud blasters.

It comes with four minifigures and accessories - Benny, Robo Emmet, Space Wyldstyle and Robo Pilot, plus an Astro Kitty figure.

The LEGO Movie Super Secret Police Drop Ship (£69.99), meanwhile, features rotating boosters, cannon and zip line and eight minifigures.

Finally, The LEGO Movie Emmet's Construct-o-Mech (£49.99) has twin wrecking balls, rotating roller, excavator bucket, opening cockpit and more. It includes three minifigures and accessories - Emmet with two Skeletrons, plus an Angry Kitty figure.
