The ToyNews Retail Survey competition winner has been named.

We promised to give away an Apple TV to one lucky entrant who took part in our survey late last year, and Neil Armstrong's name was picked out of the hat.

Armstrong is from The Toy and Book Warehouse in Pickering.

He was one of over 100 retailers spoken to by ToyNews in December about how the toy industry fared in 2012.

Neil Armstrong told ToyNews: "I am highly delighted to have won the Retail Survey competition as it is the first time I have ever won something, and I am a huge Apple fan.

"I took part in the survey in the belief that the information could help the toy industry to move forward and for us all to make more profit in the future.

"The Apple TV box is now hooked up and fully working – all I need to do now is wrestle it away from my kids!"
