Pokémon Collectables, Bush Baby World and Hatchimal have been named the top three toys of London Toy Fair 2018 in the Editor's Choice Awards.

As voted for by attending journalists, Character Options' Pokémon Collectables have been crowned the overall winner of the show's award, followed by Golden Bear's Bush Baby property and Spin Master's Hatchimals line.

Journalists from broadcast, national consumer and trade titles all cast their votes over the new toys for 2018, whittling down from more than 250 companies in attendance at this year's Toy Fair.

"We are delighted to have been voted to receive an Editor's Choice Award for the Pokémon collection," said Jerry Healy, group marketing director at Character Options.

"Character is very much looking forward to revealing its entire range from Wicked Cool Toys in coming months."

Majen Immink, director of fairs and special events at the BTHA, added: "Winning an Editor's Choice Awards is a great achievement for every Toy Fair exhibitor.

"Those exhibitors who feature in the top three should be really proud to receive this recognition. My congratulations go out to the winners, and my sincere thanks to all the attending journalists who took the time to cast their votes."
