Topps reveals new Star Wars line as it celebrates The Force Awakens

The Star Wars sticker collection and Force Attax trading card game feature movie stills from the new film, as well as a selection of fans' favourite moments from the original film series.

Topps is celebrating the arrivial of box office smash, Star Wars: The Force Awakens with the launch of two new collectable ranges inspired by the sci-fi saga.

The Star Wars sticker collection and Force Attax trading card game feature movie stills from the new film, as well as a selection of fans' favourite moments from the original film series.

The new sticker collection will allow fans to collect their favourite characters from the film franchise, including Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and Princess Leia as well as a cast of new characters from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Meanwhile, the Force Attax trading card game features characters and vehicles from the new movie and features the likes of Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine and Boba Fett, allowing fans to go head to head with other collectors.

Louise Ramplin, entertainment marketing manager at Topps, said: “We are really excited to launch the next two instalments in our Star Wars portfolio.

"The new sticker collection and trading card game should be perfect for Star Wars fans and movie goers alike. These collections follow on from the successful launch of our Journey to Star Wars: The Force Awakens trading cards earlier this year."

The Star Wars sticker collection is available in two parts. Part one features 180 stickers to collect, including widescreen and shiny stickers. Starter packs (RRP £2.99 each) contain a 64 page sticker album and 36 stickers. Packets of five stickers retail at 50p each.

Launching in February 2016 is part two of the Star Wars sticker collection. The stickers in this launch will all be from Star Wars: The Force Awakens and will allow collectors to complete their sticker album.

The Force Attax trading card game has over 200 cards to collect, including Strike Force Puzzle cards, unique holofoil cards and Power Boost cards featuring characters from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Starter packs (RRP £4.99 each) include a collector guide, game mat, collector binder, packet of eight trading cards and two limited edition cards. Packets of eight cards retail at £1 each.

A further Force Attax collection will launch in March 2016, and will include even more new characters and vehicles from Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
