Tomy has won the French distribution rights to popular construction brand, K’nex, which will come into effect as of January 1st, 2008.

Tomy will preview the 2008 French construction kits at the “Preshows Jouets & Jeux” toy show from Monday, November 19th to Saturday, November 24th.

Michael Araten, president of K’nex Brands and Robert Mann, president of Tomy Europe announced the new partnership, which covers both the K’nex and Kids K’nex brands.

Aratan said: "France is a key market for K'nex. Through this new relationship with Tomy, K'NEX will further strengthen its presence in France.

“Tomy shares our vision for growing K'nex market share in France and broadening our relationship with the key retailers," he said.
