Tomy named Pokémon master toy licensee

Firm gains exclusive licence outside of Asia; will produce official Black 2 and White 2 toys.

Tomy has become the global master toy licensee for Pokémon outside of Asia.

It will be the exclusive licensee and distributor for Pokémon figures, accessories, plush and more, from 2013.

Tomy will also produce toys based on the upcoming video game Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2, after signing the agreement with The Pokémon Company International.
