Thieves steal £60,000 worth of Star Wars LEGO

Took place in Morley, West Yorkshire, where a gang attacked a van and made away with the high value LEGO cargo.

£60,000 worth of LEGO Star Wars figures have been stolen from a parked truck in Morley, West Yorkshire.

Thieves attacked the Renault truck by cutting the curtain sides and making away with the high value items of LEGO at around 11.25pm on Friday, April 4th.

The Morley Observer reports that the theft took place on Howley Park Road East in Morley, where four males all wearing hooded tops were spotted with a white Mercedes Sprinter van.

Police report that all the items stolen from the truck were Star Wars Planet Figures.

They are now urging anyone who has any information about the theft, or has been offered any of these products to contact Morley Police Station on 0113 238 2034.
