The position involves managing and developing current accounts as well as sourcing new opportunities.
The firm is looking for a person who is a genuine team player, flexible in attitude, passionate about delivering against personal targets and pays great attention to detail.
Ideal candidates will possess account management skills gained from managing high street multiples and/or grocery accounts; strong commercial judgement; planning, forecasting and communication skills.
A background in FMCG or the toy industry is required along with the ability to demonstrate skills to drive strategic sales growth.
The understanding of category management, pricing and ranging strategies would be beneficial.
The successful applicant will work closely with the operations and marketing teams in order to meet sales and margin revenue targets and deliver customer satisfaction. They will also report directly to the sales director.
