Spin Master hopes its new Zip Bandz can become the next kids' fashion craze.

The bands - with their own zips - can be worn as bracelets, or linked together to make necklaces, headbands, anklets and more. They're available in the UK this October.

Spin Master says they make an 'ideal pick-up at till or fashion department purchase'.

The company will launch a social media campaign to support the brand, with celebrities and teen and fashion magazines sampling them.

A statement read: "The exposed zip trend has been incorporated into the fashion house collections over the past few years, on clothing or as a jewellery item and are still in the height of fashion.

"Zip Bandz from Spin Master are the epitome of trend but are focused at the young fashion conscious kids, with over 10 vibrant colour variants to collect, which can be worn zipped/unzipped or linked together."

The Entertainer's Stuart Grant added: "I am really excited about this launch, toys following fashion trends have in the past been really successful, with Zip Bandz hopefully being no exception”.

More solid, base and neon colour combinations will be integrated into the range over the coming months.

Spin Master can be contacted on 01628 535000.
