Canimals is a series of 52, seven minute episodes made in a combination of CGI animation and live action by Voozclub and BRB.
Tomy will distribute a range of toy and gift lines including plush, figures, electronics and arts and crafts for the UK, France, Benelux, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, plus capsule toys (Gacha) for all of Europe.
Aardman’s head of rights, Sean Clarke, said: "We're pleased to be able to announce Tomy as our master toy partner for Canimals, the series is a highly entertaining mix of CGI and real world scenes and we're sure that Tomy will interpret this unique franchise into a compelling range of toys."

Canimals is a coproduction from Voozclub, BRB International and Aardman featuring a collection of cute, can-shaped animals that live unnoticed among us, hiding themselves in plain sight as boring old cans. Once the humans are gone they spring into life.
Aardman is leading the scripting and voices for the series while Voozclub and BRB are managing the design, animation and sound production. The three companies plan to announce broadcast partners within the next few months.
