Re:creation’s ‘Electrify your Ride’ campaign supporting the Razor brand has helped year on year unit sales up 58 per cent on last year compared to the same week in 2013.

The Razor E100 reached13th place in the NPD Top Selling Toys in the total toy industry for October while a three week TV push for Crazy Cart and electric scooters launched on November 10th, helping to fuel demand.

“We are thrilled with the results we are seeing for our electric portfolio," said Re:creation’s outdoor brand manager, Katy Fletcher.

"Razor is dedicated to developing innovative products that deliver the best performance and experience for the rider and this attention to detail is clearly being recognised by the consumer.

“To see such a strong performance coming from products of this price point is very exciting. Our Electrify Your Ride campaign is sparking imaginations and, as we recently announced, we will be TV advertising Razor Electric products for the first time ever in Spring 2015 so looking forward to seeing continued results.”
