Ravensburger extends Thomas & Friends deal

Firm's licensing agreement for Thomas & Friends has been renewed by Hit Entertainment.

Ravensburger is the longest-standing Thomas licensee and has worked on the property for over 25 years.

It plans to develop a new range of high quality cardboard and wooden jigsaws based on HIT’s Thomas CGI style guide.

The new Thomas & Friends jigsaw puzzle range will be available for the 2011 autumn/winter season.

Laura Clarke, senior director, UK & EMEA licensing, Hit Entertainment, said: “We’re delighted to continue working with Ravensburger on the Thomas & Friends brand. We very much look forward to seeing the new line of jigsaws which will be the first to feature the new CG-animated series.”
