LEGO has a range of new sets to look out for this year, and while we can't divulge everything, we can confirm it includes LEGO X-Men and Duplo DC Superheroes.

Leading the X-Men set will be the LEGO X-Men vs The Sentinel, a 336 piece set targeting children aged six to 12.

The Marvel line up will be joined with new LEGO Ultimate Spider-Man sets and a Captain America vs Hydra line, slated for a March release and retailing at $19.99.

Comics Alliance has reported that LEGO will also stretch the Marvel Super Heroes brand to its LEGO Juniors line with new Spider-Man sets.

The Super Hero line up will be completed with additions from DC Comics as Batman, Robin and the Joker enter the LEGO Juniors and Duplo range.

Also on hand at the American show were Guardians of the Galaxy sets and three new sets based on the upcoming live action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film.
