Hasbro's Playmation range is not coming to the UK anytime soon.

The range blending toys, wearable tech and smart technology launched in the US last year, but Hasbro has told ToyNews that there are no plans to bring Playmation to the UK.

"Insights from both Disney and Hasbro lead us to bring a great line of product to market in the USA but at present, both Disney and Hasbro are not planning to bring this to the UK in the near future," David Henderson, country manager UK & Ireland at Hasbro, told ToyNews.

"The Toys-to-Life space continues to evolve. Every category requires innovation and newness and Playmation gave us the opportunity to break frame and try something new in a space which had not seen evolution in the past few years."
