These include the X-wing Fighter (RRP £49.99, 62 parts), which measures more than 40cm long and the Jedi Knights Starfighter (RRP £22.99, 34 parts) with the pointy nose in large numbers. A Pirate Ship (RRP £17.99, 32 parts) will also arrive.

In addition to this, new packaging will be introduced for three Star Wars Easykits this spring: The Tie Fighter (RRP £26.99, 30 parts), the X-34 Landspeeder (RRP £26.99, 41 parts) and the Republic Gunship (RRP £29.99, 49 parts).

Another innovation is see-through blister packaging for Star Wars Easykit Pockets (SRPs from £7.99), offering the same easykit fun in miniature format.

Revell easykits are a child-friendly construction concept with the tagline "Check. Clip. Play."

Revell says "it's the perfect way to get children interested in plastic modelling as a hobby". They consist of pre-painted kit parts that can be simply clipped together with no gluing required.
