Moose Toys has continued its massive growth in the UK, thanks to its collectible brand Shopkins, reports The NPD Group.
According to data from the company, the Australian based toy firm lead the toy industry as its Shopkins two-pack was named the hottest-selling product in the overall UK toy market to date.
“We are beyond thrilled to see such phenomenal growth into 2016,” said Paul Solomon, co-CEO of Moose Toys.
“The toy industry is extremely competitive, but at Moose we keep our eye on the prize – focusing on making toys that kids will love. They are the experts and we are humbled by our passionate fans.”
In addition, Shopkins also took the fourth and sixth position among the top six best-selling items in the UK for March for the 12-pack and five-pack, respectively.
Shopkins also held on to the number two toy property spot in the UK for March, according to NPD data.
