The Minister was greeted by Golden Bear’s product and marketing director, Christine Nicholls.
The visit was organised so Prisk could find out more about the toy industry, and see how a British firm was coping during the recession.
The Tory MP was given a tour of the design and product development departments, where he was given an insight on the importance licensing has within the toy industry.
Prisk was also confirmed as a fan of Wenlock and Mandeville, the London 2012 mascots. He commented that the Union Jack versions of the pair would appeal to kids of all ages.
