Lotus F1 team test-drive new Trunki, Scalextric and Hornby toys

Trunki, Scalextric & Corgi joined the Lotus F1 Team at their Regent Street Lotus Originals store to launch new products wearing the Lotus license.

Lotus F1 team drivers Romain Grosjean and Davide Valsecchi tried out a range of new products from Hornby, Scalextric and Trunki.

Hornby has the license to create Corgi Lotus F1 Team vehicles and used the event to show off the Corgi Lotus Evora GT4 British GT Championship car and the Corgi Lotus Evora S Solar Yellow car.

Scalextric brought along its Lotus F1 Teams 2012 livery, the Lotus Evora GT4 red car, the Lotus Evora GT4 black car and the Lotus Scalextric Grid Force Set and the F1 drivers went head-to-head with guests on a custom made Scalextric track.

The Lotus licensing team got in touch with Trunki after seeing two children racing around the airport on Trunki ride-ons and the company brought along the Lotus F1 Trunki.
