Lego is continuing its year-long celebrations to mark a decade of Lego Star Wars in the US.

The firm is inviting fans to join a search for R2-D2 through online animated comics, culminating in a five-minute Lego Star Wars CGI animation mini movie. The Quest for R2-D2 will premiere in a prime time slot on Cartoon Network tomorrow (Friday August 28th).

"To commemorate the tenth anniversary of Lego Star Wars, we've created an engaging programme for fans of any age that delivers the best of the Star Wars franchise with the humour, versatility and fun of the Lego brand," said Michael Pratt, senior brand manager at Lego Systems.
