LeapPad is launched in India

My Baby Excels releases hit kids tablet in the territory for the first time.

LeapFrog's hit LeapPad children's tablet has been introduced to the Indian market, courtesy of My Baby Excels.

Both firms have said they are excited to launch the product in the territory, with a 'phenomenal' pre-order buzz already surrounding it.

The product will be priced at Rs 11999 and will be available from stores and online retailers including E-bay.in, Flipkart.com, Indiaplaza.in, Firstcry.com and Babyoye.com.

"LeapPad is nothing lesser than an adult tablet, the difference being that it is easy on the wallet," said Mustafa Kapasi, COO at MBE.
